Understanding how a ship-unloader actually works, or why a CT scanner needs a specific cooling cycle, is the job. We back time spent on customer sites and in factories as enthusiastically as time spent on tooling.
Quarterly planning sets the work and the dates. No quarterly OKR theatre, no perpetual sliding milestones. If a date slips, we say so early and re-plan in the open.
Our buyers are plant managers, port superintendents, training directors, defence procurement officers. We dress accordingly, write accordingly, and document our work in the language they actually use.
