We see a near future where the boundary between physical operations and their digital counterparts disappears — every shift on a port, mine, factory, or hospital floor rehearsed, instrumented, and improved through software. RealKore exists to engineer the systems that make that future operational, not theoretical.

Halve the time

Every product we ship has to move one number — how long it takes a team to be operationally ready on a new asset, process, or environment. Our target is a 50% reduction, measured and proven across every vertical we serve, from logistics yards in Chennai to mining in Odisha and oil rigs offshore.

Engineering-first

Every product begins with a real engineering problem we've solved — not a demo deck. Our simulators are accurate enough to certify operators, not just to look impressive.

Vertical-agnostic by design

The RKTS platform was built so the same runtime serves ports, mines, hospitals, defence training centres, and entertainment venues. Specialisation lives in content and hardware; the core stays one system.

Hardware in-house

We don't outsource motion platforms, enclosures, or IoT bridges. Engineering them ourselves lets us tune behaviour end-to-end and ship complete cabin replicas, not generic VR rigs.

Evidence built in

Every session produces scoring, time-on-task, error-mode counts, and exportable documentation. Compliance and HR teams get what they need without bolt-on tools.

Not from scratch.

RealKore Systems is a new corporate vehicle, but the people, methods, and content libraries behind it have been building industrial simulation for years under Realityarc Systems. Day one of RealKore starts from a working catalogue, not a blank page.

The same ten-vertical product line our team has already built — logistics, ports, mining, manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, safety, defence, oil & gas, entertainment — moves across to RealKore on day one. No "coming soon" placeholders.

Track record

Field-tested content

Excavator, forklift, dragline, crane, welding cell, CNC, drill jumbo and motion-base trainers have all been deployed and refined with real operators. The scoring rubrics, error-mode catalogues, and physics-tuning live with the team — not in a spec doc.

Stack

Engine and tooling locked

Render engine, motion-platform protocols, OPC UA and MQTT bridges, LMS adapters, scoring/telemetry pipeline — all carried over and supported. RealKore inherits the build, not just the brand.
